Volunteers Needed for American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society is seeking volunteers and teams for the first Relay For Life® event to be held in Spring Hill.
Organizers are holding an informational meeting on Thursday, November 17th from 5pm to 7pm at the Spring Hill Library, located at 144 Kedron Pkwy, to engage volunteers in recruiting and assembling teams, seeking community support, coordinating logistics, securing donated refreshments and prizes, planning entertainment and lending their support in any way.
The world’s largest grassroots fundraising movement, Relay For Life mobilizes communities, such as Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station and surrounding communities, throughout the country to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and provide participants with an opportunity to fight back against the disease.
If you would like to RSVP for the informational meeting on Thursday, November 17th at 5:00pm, volunteer on the Relay For Life committee or serve as a team captain, please contact Traci Olive, Spring Hill Relay For Life Chair @ TraciOlive@LIVE.com or visit RelayForLife.org.
