UPDATE PRESS RELEASE – Donation Coordination for the Ahlberg & O’Reilly Families
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION MEETING TO ASSIST AHLBERG & O’REILLY FAMILIES
FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2012 AT 6:00PM
INDEPENDENCE HIGH SCHOOL
The Heritage Elementary School PTO, Heritage Middle School PTA and Independence High School PTSO will be hosting a meeting to organize the community’s efforts in fundraising for the two families involved in the tragic car accident in Spring Hill on December 28.
Please attend if: (1) you have a good or service you would like to donate; (2) you have ties to a large organization from which we could procure a large donation, good or service; (3) you would like to volunteer your time to plan, organize and implement an event; (4) you have an ideas for an event or (5) you would like to learn of all the small ways you can help this cause.
There are roles large and small – but all vital to creating an event that will provide for these families needs and honor the memories of their loved ones.
Anyone who has it in their heart to do something, we look forward to seeing you Friday. If you are unable to attend this meeting, please email president@hms‐pta.com. The HES PTO, HMS PTA and IHS PTSO are currently looking for 3 new vehicles – one for each family and one to be used in fundraising efforts.
