The 2nd Annual Santa’s Cabin Will Open December 1st

HE’S MAKING HIS LIST AND CHECKING IT TWICE AND YOU KNOW YOU’VE BEEN NICE!

The 2ND Annual Santa’s Cabin will open December 1, 2012, in Maury County Park.

Join us as Santa arrives in Maury County Park to open his Maury County Santa’s Cabin. Admission is FREE! The park elves have been busy baking cookies and hanging lights!

The festivities will begin at 1:00pm Saturday, December 1st and will include face painting by Joyce Crafton; train rides on the American Legion Forty and Eight Train; and the Little Miss and Master Jingle Bells Pageant. Live music will be presented by Leipers Fork Bluegrass, vocalist Debbi Lynn and the Pleasant Heights Baptist Choir. Mini Acres Farm will have their “reindeer donkeys” at the cabin and Elmo will be visiting too.

Santa will be available for photographs from 1:00pm until 5:00pm. Photographs are $7.00 and after you have your official photograph taken you may make more photographs with your camera at no additional fee. Admission is free but we do ask that you bring one new unwrapped gift to donate to Hope House. Guest may shop the arts and crafts vendors and L&S Treats will have barbecue, hotdogs and other family favorites…But that’s not all!

Saturday, December 8th  from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Santa and friends will return for another afternoon filled with fun at Santa’s Cabin and  this party includes the whole family…Yes, even the family dog! Santa is a dog lover and he has asked that we invite the family dog to enjoy an afternoon with Santa and friends!  Families may have the family dog photographed with Santa and the family. Photographs are $7.00 and after you have your official photograph taken you may make more photographs with your camera at no additional fee.

Guest will enjoy music by Ron Perry, the Culleoka Choir, New Admiration, and Tracy Hallard. Free train rides will be provided by Atoms Energy and face painting by Joyce Crafton and L&S Treats will have barbecue, hotdogs and other family favorites. Admission is free but we do ask that you bring a bag of dog or cat food to be donated to Pet Pals of Maury County and register to win a giant stocking filled with premium dog treats donated by Nashville Pet Products of Spring Hill.

Santa, Mrs. Claws, And Elmo will also be available for photographs at Santa’s Cabin from 1:00pm to 5:00pm Friday, December 7th, 14th, and 21st.
