Williamson County Parks and Recreation will offer a Youth Conditioning Program at the Longview Recreation Center, 2909 Commonwealth Drive in Spring Hill. The program is designed to help participants, kindergarten through high school seniors, develop and maintain speed, agility and quickness.
This can be done through the use of speed drills, proper form and mechanics, ladders, cones and bands. Whether an individual is just starting out or training between seasons they are sure to sharpen game day skills or gain a competitive edge.
Clinics for ages 6-18 years will be held on Saturdays, ongoing beginning January 19. Clinics are offered in 45 minute increments from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. The cost is $10 per person. For more information, please call the instructor, Cleveland Leatherwood at (615)613-4786. To register, please call (615)302-0971, ext. 2210.
The Longview Recreation Center is a public facility, here to benefit the community.
