SNAP Fitness Launches New ‘Kids Move’ Program

SNAP Fitness understands many young people are not getting the proper amount of exercise needed to ensure a healthy lifestyle and habits they can live by. It is for that reason they have designed a new program just for youth fitness that will improve their motor skills, coordination, balance, energy levels, improve their self-esteem, and teach them to maintain a health body weight all in a safe, motivating fun environment.

  • Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and tripled in adolescents in the past 30 years.
  • One in four adolescents is overweight.
  • 70 to 80 percent of overweight children become obese adults.
