Public Invited To Local Elections Forum March 5th

[ 0 ] March 4, 2013 |

It’s been said in the past, our LOCAL elections has seen an average voter turnout of only 10-15 %. Voting in local elections is Vote Badgescritically important! Local elections allow people a direct role in shaping policy that will affect them, like voting on tax increases, city growth and other local measures, or electing the officials who make policy.

Often local elections can come down to razor thin margins. Every year there are many elections that come down to vote differences in the single and double digits! Because the upcoming election April 11th is so very important, one of our community members has arranged for a pubic forum everyone can attend to ask questions and get a better understanding of candidates running for the upcoming LOCAL elections.

Our community is a very special one made up good folks who care about our today and our future. Please share this information with everyone you know so there is an outstanding turnout and we may all be more informed on the positions of these potential city leaders.
