Dr. Kelley received his medical degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. He completed his internship and chief residency in internal medicine at Fletcher Allen Health Care, which is associated with the University of Vermont in Burlington. In addition, he completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
