Back for our 7th year…the 2014 Spring Hill ‘Pay It Forward’ Community Festival is set for Saturday, June 14, 2014, (the day before Father’s Day) from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Tennessee Children’s Home located in Spring Hill, TN.
“LIVE FORWARD * GIVE FORWARD” is the festival theme this year! The emphases is on the importance and benefits of living well and giving well and the community resources currently available to ensure opportunities for a healthy & fun lifestyle locally.
There are all sorts of activities & competitions lined up such as fishing, flag football, kickball, baseball, relay & sack races, volleyball, as well as top notch live music & Food Truck concessions and so much more! The City of Spring Hill, City Parks and Recreation, South Williamson Athletics have partnered with Spring Hill FRESH for this year’s fundraising event!
The festival will directly coordinate the unity of local representation on a grand scale such as the Spring Hill Police Department, Spring Hill Fire Department, Spring Hill Library, City Parks & Recreation, civic groups, independent businesses, the health, wellness, and fitness community, area businesses, local sports leagues and schools as well as local citizen volunteers all working together to spotlight Spring Hill’s active lifestyle opportunities.
Admission is free with a donation of a healthy, non-perishable food item for The Well Outreach food pantry. Proceeds from this unique non-profit, family-fun charity fundraiser will benefit local charities and recreation programs.
