This certainly holds true for Spring Hill, TN and for every city, and town in our great nation.  Our city’s future really depends on one thing that government can’t provide, programs and incentives can’t generate, and that is OUR SUPPORT AND PATRONIZING OF OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES.

The success and growth of Small Business is especially important for a thriving SPRING HILL economy. They are the backbone of American prosperity because they provide jobs and revenue for our communities.

There are many factors that come into play when you examine what makes a city a great place to live and what keeps it running smoothly like a fine oiled machine.

But the most important factor for a healthy city is a healthy local business scene that enjoys serious support and participation by its local citizens.Without our frequent patronizing, business after business close shop, local jobs are lost, local revenues that support our city and services dry up, our standards of quality lifestyles are effected, property values suffer, and on an on.

Businesses going OUT OF BUSINESS are just plain bad business for us all!

It is for that reason Spring Hill FRESH is a PRO business and PRO ‘Shop Spring Hill’ advocate. We realize this issue is a two way street in that each business has a responsibility to give us patrons outstanding quality and customer service in order to attract and keep our business and if we are truthfully about this, some are just not doing that. However, that does not diminish the point that we play an important role here in keeping our dollars local as much as possible so that we can help ensure local businesses can thrive here.

Here at Spring Hill FRESH, we have several ways we are trying to help our local business community do well in our city so that we all benefit. One way is we will do a regular feature on local businesses so we can all better know who we are doing business with and all the good they are doing in our communities. Another way is the easy-to-use business directory that provides you a quick and easy access to find every business we know of in our local economy. We are also providing avenues for you to share your voice and opinions about our local business and any other things on your mind via the discussion board and comments access on the website. In addition, we are developing some creative ways using digital and social media to bring you special deals and discounts to save you money from  local businesses you can access online anytime and there will be much more to come.

To sum up our position on this topic of the importance of prosperous local business…we firmly believe it is imperative the good folks of Spring Hill and surrounding neighbors all join together to esteem, support and the patronage of our local merchants and business services in order to protect the well-being of our city and all who are directly impacted by what goes on here.

It does not matter if you are “Relos” relocating here from somewhere else like we have or if you are native. This is home! Our home. Let’s all work together to make OUR HOME, Spring Hill, TN and surrounding area a place we are happy to call home no matter how long that may be.
