Ready to take the royal icing skills you learned in my beginner class to the next level?

Let’s go beyond the basics of cookie decorating in this advanced class to create texture with stenciling, basic air brushing, piping techniques, luster dust and how to use silicone molds and fondant to create edible decorations.

Skills taught:

– Icing Consistency
– Piping details and using different tips
– How to use luster dust
– Basic Airbrushing: stenciling and machine maintenance
– Royal Icing Stenciling
– Lettering
– Painting
– Using a projector AND how to transfer an image onto a cookie without a projector
– Silicone molds and fondant to create edible decorations

All supplies included – most cookies will be flooded. We will focus on techniques instead of waiting on cookies to dry 😉

Lunch will be delivered.

Each student will leave with 8-10 decorated cookies, a goodie bag, a handout filled with information/resources and the knowledge of new cookie skills to wow your friends and family.

Supplies used during class will be on hand to purchase as well.
