Event Description
Start your Saturday with 60 minutes of an amazing boot-camp style workout. All of our workouts are designed and led by a certified personal trainer, and everything can be modified or intensified to meet each individual right where they are in their fitness journey.
Bring water and a mat (if you have one, we’ll have extras). There will be multiple personal trainers on site to help you through the workout, ensuring you stay safe and have a challenging (but fun!) experience.
Bring your family and friends, all fitness levels welcome, free to the community!
Join afterwards for lunch at CoreLife Eatery, and All participants will receive 50% of their meal.
