Event Description

Tour Elm Springs as never before… at night and lit by candles! The home will be decorated in antebellum mourning. Not sure what that is? Well, that’s OK. Your “mourning” guides will tell you all about it. Come to hear about the mourning customs of the South, see some examples of mourning jewelry, and maybe hear a chilling ghost story…

The price for the event is $10. Half of the proceeds will benefit The Athenaeum. The remaining half will benefit projects at Historic Elm Springs.
