Event Description

Come and learn about earth’s only natural satellite and our closest celestial neighbor. We will have a telescope set up for viewing, and you are welcome to bring your own or binoculars, just remember that we will be hiking about 1 mile into our viewing area.

If you choose to bring a flashlight, please bring a red LED flashlight or headlamp as it affects your night vision less than white lights do. Please dress for cold weather. Facial coverings and social distancing are required during the hike and viewing.
