How it works:
1) Register online at www.columbiatn.com/parkpass between September 24th and October 7th.
2) Decorate your home for Halloween
3) Drive-by judging will take place on October 25th, 26th, and 27th
4) Winners will be announced on October 30th
Judging
There will be one Overall Grand Prize winner
Runners-up will be in the following categories:
*Best special effects
*Most Creative
*Scariest
*Funniest
Each of these will receive a yard sign with bragging rights that can be used in their display year after year.
