Introduction to Encaustic Painting (hot wax painting)

Level 1, Columbia Arts Building – Artisan Instructor: Warren Greene

This session overs the history, application, and techniques of encaustic painting for representational and abstract art as well as decorative design. After a technical demonstration, participants will have the opportunity to experience first hand the application of hot wax painting.

Your artisan instructor is Warren Greene. Students will have the rare opportunity to learn from a college-level art professor right here in the Columbia Arts Building.
