Love the Dress 14th Annual Prom Event to Take Place March 1st & 2nd

Since 2011, over 5000 young ladies have participated in the annual Love the Dress Event to select their perfect dress for their Spring formal events.  We acknowledge the expense it is for so many families in Middle TN and are honored to be able to help in this capacity for the previous 14 years.   These gowns are donated by members of our community, area high schools,  local department stores, bridal shops, and national designers.  This year we will expect to have over 3,500 dresses ranging from cocktail to prom dresses.  If you have a dress to donate, we have multiple drop-off locations. 

How the event works: Area school counselors identify students who need help getting a dress for Spring formals. Love the Dress gives them vouchers to shop at the event for free!  However, any young lady can contact us for a voucher through the website.  Many students who do not need a voucher will bring a formal dress to swap at the event, while others give a small donation ($10-$20). All donations go towards the event’s ongoing expenses. 

Appointments will go live on the website on February 15th at 5 pm and required to attend.   If a school or group home needs to come together please contact us through the site for us to set aside a time for you.
