Event Description

GM/UAW, Randstad Staffing Services, and Maury County Public Schools present a Workforce Academy to connect industry professionals with high school seniors to collaborate on the changing needs of workforce development in the 21st century.

This Summit will guide employers to adjust their hiring and cultural practices to acquire and retain highly effective individuals while guiding the younger generations to understand industries’ needs for long-time employment partners that value hard-work and commitment.
