Learn how to decorate cookies with royal icing – for beginners.
We’ll start with the basics of icing consistencies, outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and marbling techniques.
We’ll decorate together. I’ll demonstrate each step of the way.

Pumpkins Galore!!
Cookies taught in this class will be two different style pumpkins, fall banner with RI transfers, Pumpkin Spice Latte, pumpkin pie, Fall scene with falling leaves and pumpkins
Length: 3 hours

Supplies and Curriculum Notes
• The cookies will be baked before you arrive.
• You will receive a copy of icing and dough recipes, as well as full instruction packetsincluding practice sheets
• You will decorate 6 theme cookies plus a few practice cookies.
• All supplies will be provided
$65.00 per person (Minimum of 6 people, 11 people maximum)

This class is appropriate for beginner students ages 12 and up. Want to keep learning? Practice take home sets will also be available for purchase! The sets will include cookie theme from class, a scribe, two bags of icing mix and piping bags. Practice sets can be purchased separately for $30 each plus tax. **Practice sets must be pre-ordered, but can be paid for onsite after class. These sets include a scribe, piping bags, and two bags of icing for $20 plus tax.
