Santa Photos at Spring Station Holiday Marketplace
December 4, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
$25.00Book your spot now for a visit with Santa and a digital photo by Crystal Freemon Photography. Within about a week after the event, the digital photos will be available online at www.crystalfreemonphotography.com/santa2021.
Your $25 pre-order ticket (plus Eventbrite processing fee) includes admission to the Spring Station Holiday Market event for two adults and your children & digital photo downloads of your Santa visit by Crystal Freemon Photography for your immediate family. You may get photos taken with each child individually and a photo with them or your family together during your time slot as long as it is reasonably quick. Walk-ins for photos will be taken at the event as spots are available, but will be the same price and not include Marketplace admission. Marketplace admission is $3 per person.
Santa Photos will be taken in the computer lab at SSMS. YOU MUST ARRIVE AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENT TIME. If you are late, we may or may not be able to accommodate you based on how busy Santa is at the time.
Holiday Station Marketplace is an event that helps the Spring Station Middle School Band. It is a day of Christmas Shopping, yummy food, and fun music! They are expecting 100+ vendors with all kinds of creative items! The Marketplace is a fundraiser for the Band and all profits will go towards much-needed equipment and instruments. All proceeds from Santa Photos will go to the SSMS Band.
FAQs
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please bring either a printed ticket or be able to show your event ticket on your phone. You will have to show your ticket at the door for entrance and again at the Santa booth so don’t throw it away!
Are masks required?
We ask that you do wear a mask for the safety of those waiting around you. You may remove your mask while the photos are being taken. Please let us know if you prefer Santa to wear a mask.
Will I receive a print of the photo?
No, there is no physical print included, but within one week of the event, you will receive a link to all the photos from the event. You can then find the photos of your group and you will be able to download full-size digital images of your photos, along with a print release, which you can have printed for personal use anywhere you would like. You can also purchase print products directly from the event gallery link if you prefer. Many people like to use the digital images to purchase their family Christmas cards for the year.
The ticket says it’s for my immediate family but I also want photos with my children’s cousins and their grandparents. Is this an option?
If you have more than 5 people included in photos who are not immediate family and want several combinations of people included in the photos, we ask that you purchase two tickets in the same time slot so that we have plenty of time to accommodate the extra people.
Is the ticket just for one photo?
No, I’m a chronic over shooter so you will get several images included in the gallery. The actual quantity varies, but for example, if you have two children, you would probably get a couple of images of each child alone with Santa, and a couple of them together. I also try to capture candids while the child is telling Santa what he/she would like for Christmas. Santa really enjoys meeting with the children and often gets some fun shots with them. Parents may jump in for a shot too if they want, but just remember if you want to include grandparents or other family members and friends to please purchase two separate time slots to make sure there is enough time.
Can I take my own photo with my camera or phone?
No. I’m sorry but we only have so much time to capture some great images for your family. I don’t really mind if you are in the background taking photos, but your children need to be looking at me for the posed photos and not elsewhere. Also, many of the best images are of the candid moments after the posed shot while your children are visiting Santa, and you really don’t want to miss out on those moments by taking time for a phone shot.
Is Santa the same one shown in the image above?
Yes, it is Nashville Santa.
