Event Description

The South Central EMS Directors Association cordially invites you to attend the 2018 Year-End Conference. Come to hear excellent speakers and receive CEUs for all EMS Provider levels. We call this the “Last Chance” conference because it is one of the last options to secure educational hours for in-service and license renewal in our area.  This is a two-day conference with the option to choose just what you need. You can attend Day 1, Day 2, or both!

Day 1:  Hear subject-matter experts lecture in areas of Leadership, Medical, Trauma, and Stroke.  Also available will be State EMS updates and an overview of the Clinical Issues Committee’s contributions to our industry. A total of 7.5 contact hours are pending approval for Day 1 of the conference.

Day 2:  Lectures and skills simulations will be offered to ALL EMS level providers, including options for Critical Care Paramedics.  Pediatric, Medical, and Trauma contact hours will be available in the simulation sessions. Many combinations of simulations/lectures options will be available for hours you may need. These will be interactive sessions. A ventilator recert/update will also be offered in both the morning and afternoon sessions. A wide array of knowledgeable vendors will be onsite with information to share on products, including demonstrations and information on how to obtain their products.

Both days: Breakfast and lunch will be provided by a professional chef, AND there will be lots of fun giveaways!
