SPRING HILL POLICE DEPARTMENT 2018 ‘GIVING TREE’
The Spring Hill Police Department is once again sponsoring the ‘Giving Tree‘ in partnership with Spring Hill Fresh.
SHPD has sponsored a gift giving event every year to help ensure Christmas gifts for hundreds of local needy, elementary school children who might not have anything under the tree otherwise.
This year, the focus of the ‘Giving Tree‘ will expand to also help local Veterans and elderly who have been identified as needing some help this Christmas!
Each year they have served approximately 100 children with the help of our community, local businesses and civic organizations donating gifts and money.
You and/or your business can sponsor a child, Vet, or Senior by signing up for a gift on the online Giving Tree sign-up sheet found here. We will continue to add to this list up until our cut-off date.
Volunteers? YES…we need help to sort, wrap, distribute gifts. Please sign up, we appreciate any help you can give.
