A dinner to remember! Join us at The Spring Hill Morning Pointe in the Lantern for a special Thanksgiving Dinner with 20  memory care residents.

All of these residents have a form of dementia from Alzheimer’s to Lewy Body.  Please Bring a homemade dish for everyone to enjoy including the wonderful caretakers.

Bring your family and friends to visit with the strongest individuals on earth and their families!
