Event Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is hosting their July Celebration on Saturday, July 2nd in the Lions Field.

There will be free parking in Forrest High School’s parking lot. This is a FREE EVENT! Bring your lawn chairs & blankets for seating. Coolers are permitted but NO ALCOHOL or FIREARMS are ALLOWED on school property.

Live Music begins at 2 pm with The Wentzel Brothers, followed by Sunset Drive, Mercury Red & Stillrollin. (Music will continue for a short period after the fireworks) We have a great selection of vendors & food trucks, & will have fun activities for children.

All vendors & food trucks will be set up inside Lions Field with the band. As always, Chapel Hill’s amazing Fireworks begin after dark! The Town of Chapel Hill hopes that residents new & established are able to attend & enjoy this July Celebration.
