FAQs
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Contact Mary Fox at 931-994-3208 or mfox@unitypsych.com.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you won’t need it.  Just check in at the Sign In desk to get your conference notebook and other goodies.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes – if you don’t need a certificate for CEU.  If you find you cannot come and know someone who wants to come in your stead (as long as they don’t need a certificate), have them let the sign in desk know.  Otherwise, please cancel your registration so we can let someone from the wait list attend.

How do I arrange for Respite Care?
When you register yourself, just provide information about the person with dementia that you are bringing with you to the conference in the space provided for respite care information.  Please include name, age, gender and other important information so caregivers can prepare appropriately.  On the day of the conference, look for the Respite sign in table and sign waiver. Respite care will be provided in a room close to the conference so you can check on your loved one at breaks or anytime. This will be a classroom, with chairs and tables only.  You will be responsible for administering any medication. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks (same as for conference attendees) will be provided.  If there are special dietary needs, please make necessary arrangements.
