Laura’s Custom Cookies and Summer’s Sweet Shoppe Valentine Cookie Decorating Party (ages 9 and up)

This Valentine themed cookie decorating party will include demonstration of basic decorating techniques using royal icing, such as outlining, flooding and wet-on-wet. The remainder of the time will be spent with participants bringing their visions to life on their set of cookies while I provide step-by-step guidance. Participants will receive 6 bare cookies, royal icing (made ahead of time), assorted sanding sugars and sprinkles, and other applicable decorating supplies.  Participants will receive thier own set of cookies and icing to be shared wih a partner at workstations.

Participants will go home with:

• 6 decorated cookies
• A handout filled with information/resources
• Knowledge of new cookie skills to wow friends and family
• A fun and unique experience
