Event Description

This 4-hour training is designed to remove fear and instill confidence in beginning shooters, as well as reinforce the fundamental mechanics of shooting for women who are already familiar with firearms.

Students will learn a fundamental knowledge of pistols, firearms safety, and shooting mechanics. Range instruction will focus on marksmanship and safe manipulation of the firearm.

Students are required to provide a pistol, 200 rounds of practice ammunition, and eye/ear protection. A rental package is available at an additional cost of $40 for students without access to appropriate gear and includes a .22 semi-automatic pistol, 200 rounds of ammo, and eye/ear protection.
