This year is the Year of the Wool for 2019! Come see why the Wilson County Fair is considered by many to be the best fairs in Tennessee and one of the best county fairs in the country! Activities, competitions, attractions, concerts, food, and rides for all ages.

2019 marks a number of milestones, among them the 40th Anniversary of the award winning Wilson County Fair under the leadership of Wilson County Promotions, Inc., the 200th Birthday of the City of Lebanon, 220 years of Wilson County, 110 years since the Lebanon Woolen Mill made its first wool blanket and 50 years since the founding of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Lebanon.

Each of the milestones will be highlighted in The Grand Celebration during the Wilson County Fair August 16-
24, 2019.

The Fair also celebrates the Year of Wool for 2019, as Wilson County once was considered the sheep capital of Tennessee, with more sheep than any other county. Demonstrations, competitions and displays will celebrate the Year of Wool throughout the Fairgrounds.
