The Well Outreach will hold its 5th annual Gala in September and is seeking sponsors and auction items for its biggest fundraiser of the year. The event will take place on Thursday, September 21st at the beautiful Homestead Manor Event Barn in Thompson’s Station.
The Well operates a food pantry that is open four mornings and two evenings every week serving Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, College Grove, and northern Columbia. They also hold several mobile food pantries throughout the year serving the greater area as well as coordinate the JetPack program at 14 area elementary, middle, and high schools in conjunction with community sponsors, sending home over 450 Jetpacks filled with food each weekend.
“There are several levels of sponsorship for the Gala with each providing different benefits to the sponsoring business,” shares Alison Worden, The Well’s Executive Director. These range from a Bronze sponsor for $250 with 2 seats at the Gala and Company recognition in the paper and on Facebook following the event to the $5500 Diamond Sponsor with 3 tables of 8 at the Gala , a 5-minute presentation at the Gala, prominent use of the company’s name and logo on all media and tickets, plaque presentation, and more.
The Well urges those who are interested to go to their website at www.SpringHillWell.org or call the Well at 615-302-9355 for more information. Community Relations Coordinator Arica Robinson adds, “Being one of our Gala sponsors is a great way to get your name known in our community as an organization who gives back.”
This year’s fun-filled evening will feature a cocktail/appetizer hour, elegant dinner, silent auction, program, and an entertaining auction conducted by Dean Norton with Heritage Auctions.
