It’s Yeastie Beasties month here at CAC!

Join Susannah and Jami here in the kitchen this month as we explore the world of wild yeast and we are starting with Sourdough!

We will learn how the “big picture” is actually quite small as we explore the yeast in the air and how to capture the right microbes. We will be exploring the process of gluten and why our society is suffering without this lost art form of Bread Making.
